Our Mission

PropaPizza was born out of a desire to make available a simple, tasty and healthy alternative. 

Our Dough is freshly made in house from scratch, using only the finest Italian Pizza flour. This simply made dough, with no added nonsense, is given least 72 hours to cold ferment. This ensures our Pizzas have that lovely light and airy taste.

After topping with the absolute very best ingredients available, our Pizza’s are stone-baked in an authentic Italian oven. 

Born from a love of Italian cuisine and a desire to preserve its essence, our menu is left totally open for you to create the Pizza of your dreams! Our talented chefs create unique flavour fusions based on your preferences, so that we may respect the classics while daring to explore.
